For extra flavor, try one of these variations: 1) Cajun-style: swap regular seasoning for Cajun spice blend; 2) Asian-inspired: brush with a mixture of honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil during the last 2 minutes; 3) Herb-crusted: top with a mixture of panko, fresh herbs, and olive oil before cooking; 4) Lemon pepper: use lemon pepper seasoning instead of the spice blend.
